Since 2001 RoadChef have recognised the need to develop a service aimed specifically at the needs of coach operators and drivers. The Coach Support Team was created in 2002 in order to help people in the coach travel industry plan routes, pre-book coaches into RoadChef motorway service areas and arrange for interchange sites to be made available.
