As a Manager at Roadchef your main responsibilities will involve the delivery of operational targets and standards to a consistently high standard. You will have challenging but achievable sales and performance indicator targets to hit and you will be measured against these using all of the traditional forms of management information, as well as brand and customer service audits and regular health and safety checks.
