Our brands are certainly impressive from Costa, Wimpy and McDonald’s to WHSmith and Premier Inn, not to mention our own free flow restaurant brand Restbite. As a result, you will need an appropriate mix of skills ranging from a willingness to learn and bags of enthusiasm to, in many cases, appropriate experience of customer service in a branded environment.
As with all key roles in a service environment you will need to demonstrate a range of abilities and behaviours, which are vital to delivering great products and service. So if you think you have the qualities listed below we would love to hear from you.
