Coach…

In 2002 the Roadchef Coach Support Team was created to develop better relationships with coach companies, coach drivers and coach passengers, in order to fully satisfy the needs of the coach industry. In addition, we have worked hard to help our key customers in the coach business to pre-book coaches into Roadchef Motorway Service Areas and arrange interchange sites.

Captain’s Club

For coach drivers and tour guides/managers, we also created the Captain’s Club, which allows you to enjoy hassle free privileges at 20 Roadchef locations and building on the scheme’s initial success we can now announce some important improvements, which are detailed below.

New Year – New membership card!

The first major improvement is that new membership cards, linked to new Captain’s Club terminals, have been posted directly to all members who have visited Roadchef in 2011, so please contact us on 0800 0322 969 (during office hours), or email us at coachsupport@roadchef.com if you have not received your card by 11th January 2012, or if you have not visited one of our service areas with your membership card in the last 12 months.

Captain’s Cash

Secondly, acting on feedback from our current members, from 11th January 2012, the current points based system will be changing back to Captain’s Cash, which will be stored on the new cards detailed above, with a balance receipt printed every time it is used.

Captain’s Cash will automatically be added to your card when you visit the following Roadchef catering outlets with 6 or more passengers: Restbite, Hot Food Co., The Burger Company, McDonald’s and Soho Coffee Co.*

Rewards start from £1 Captain’s Cash per visit and will vary depending on the number of passengers that you bring into the service area when you take your legally required driving rest break.

In addition, from February 2012, there will also be additional bonuses running from month to month, so please click regularly on our ‘Site specific offers’ link opposite to check bonus values available at selected Roadchef sites.*

If you are visiting us in your leisure time, you will also be able to use your card to purchase food directly in Restbite, Hot Food Co., The Burger Company, McDonald’s and Soho Coffee Co. at Roadchef, so please click on the ‘Captain’s Club rewards’ link opposite for more details on redeeming your rewards.
