Here at Roadchef we welcome touring customers and are working hard to ensure that, through our partnership with The Caravan Club, we understand and satisfy your needs most effectively.

All of our car parks are large and spacious with, in some cases, specific signage to guide caravanners and motor caravan customers to the most appropriate area. In some cases touring customers can also utilise larger parking bays created for coaches, caravans and motor caravans and wherever possible they are kept away from HGV parking areas. Furthermore, we are currently in the process of reviewing the directional signage in and out of our parking areas with a view to improving site circulation in the future.

Indeed, Roadchef has recently announced a £150,000 Capital Works Programme, designed to regenerate its car, touring and coach parking areas, particularly at older sites, in order to achieve more effective segregation and improve conditions by repairing potholes, improving drainage and reducing the amount of litter. In addition money will also be spent on access roads to improve conditions after the particularly severe winters of 2010 and 2011.

Once you are successfully parked, our impressive line up of catering and retail brands, ranging from Costa and The Burger Company, to Restbite or Hot Food Co. and WHSmith, will ensure that all touring customers can now appreciate either a main meal, a delicious coffee with a tempting cake or muffin, a tasty burger, or a snack for the onward journey.

And here at Roadchef we have also been working hard to offer better value for money, so in Restbite and Hot Food Co. you can now enjoy a cooked breakfast from £5.99, fish and chips for £5.99, or take part in our special main meal promotion offering 2 hot main meals for just £11*.

Also, because many touring customers now travel with their laptops, netbooks or smartphones, Roadchef offers FREE BT Openzone internet access to ensure that you can always stay in touch, or make those important arrangements for your onward journey, holiday or short break and in addition, all Roadchef Motorway Service Areas have Highways Agency traffic information screens to inform you of traffic updates.

And finally our petrol forecourts are all within easy reach of the main amenities building, some operated by us under license from the leading oil companies, others operated by the oil companies themselves. They all feature the latest products and technology, to ensure that our facilities are always up to date and wherever possible spacious enough for touring customers to manoeuvre safely to the pumps.
